Unspliced
extrusions are classified as those that
generally require only extruding, vulcanizing
and cutting to length. They are of various
cross sectional designs and do not include
lathe cut parts, formed tubing, or precision
ground and cut parts. They are generally
packed in a straight or coiled condition
after being measured and cut to length.
The following
tables are to be used to convey to the
manufacturer the limits that are designed
by the purchaser.
It should be understood
by the design engineers that due to the
stretch factor in rubber, a period of
conditioning at room temperature must
be allowed before measurements for length
are taken. A specific technique of measurement
should be agreed upon between the purchaser
and manufacturer.

Note: Special consideration on tolerances
will have to be given to both extremely
soft and high tensile stocks.
